Need an intimate meeting space for a small group, workshop or class? Our Meeting Room may be reserved for private events by the hour or for the full day!

Hours

Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 5pm, and evenings (after 6pm) by special arrangement.  

Amenities

  • Accommodates approximately 12-15 people with flexible table and seating arrangements
  • Large picture windows allow plenty of natural light
  • Ceiling fan 
  • Whiteboard for note taking or presentations 
  • High speed internet
  • Access to our full menu of coffee and espresso drinks, tea and chai, smoothies, pastries and snacks 
  • Restrooms
  • Onsite and street parking available

Catering Services

Outside food or drinks are not permitted. Catering services are available for an additional fee, including:  

    1. Morning or Afternoon Coffee/Tea service – Includes an urn of fresh brewed coffee, hot or iced tea, plus condiments
    2. Continental breakfast – Coffee/Tea service plus fresh pastries and fruit
    3. Catered breakfast buffet or box lunch – by your choice of local caterer (ask us for recommendations!)
  • Afternoon Snacks – Coffee/Tea service plus pastries/desserts and fruit

    Private and/or commercial groups

    Daytime:  $25/hour + $5 minimum per person in food/drink purchases or catering

    Evenings: $40/hour – staffed barista bar available by special arrangement

    Community groups and/or Non-Profit organizations

    Daytime: $15/hour + $5 minimum per person in food/drink purchases or catering (first two hours only - regular commercial rates thereafter)

    Evenings: $30/hour – staffed barista bar available by special arrangement
