This is a lively and balanced blend of five different SWISS WATER Process® decaffeinated coffees from around the world. It offers a complex and satisfying mélange of chocolate and caramel flavors with a touch of natural fruit, just enough acidity to provide a balance of sparkle, and sweetness riding a long, smooth finish.  Smooth enough to brew as regular coffee, but bold enough for all your favorite decaf espresso drinks.

Decaffeinated using the patented Swiss Water Process, which removes 99.9% of the caffeine while leaving the full flavor intact.  The SWISS WATER® Process is an environmentally friendly, 100% chemical free decaffeination process that uses water from the coast mountains of British Columbia and proprietary caffeine-specific carbon re-generation technology rather than harsh chemicals such as methylene chloride or ethyl acetate to remove the caffeine from the green beans before they are roasted.
